Amy Maloof’s Bamboo Dart Press book Two Feet announced

Artist Amy Maloof has worked in many mediums. Cinder block, painting, drawing, collage, repurposing objects and music. I could begin to discuss how important and meaningful her work has been to me for decades, but fear that I would never stop, hammering at the keys of this laptop long after the battery has refused a charge. Her musical work with the bands Falcon Eddy and The Disassociation, decades of installations in the LA and IE area and endless work as a true artist in every way all land here in her first book for Bamboo Dart Press, Two Feet

Amy Maloof likes to take herself on walks, her two feet — grounded, and in close proximity to her discoveries (roughly two feet) — point at what she sees and proves she was there. Her humor and observations are presented in this collection, aptly titled Two Feet. The book is out everywhere July 28th. Check out the short film for the book featuring a new song by Maloof.
